What happens if a package gets lost?
If the package gets lost, it is the customers responsibility to contact USPS and open a claim with them. Velvet Lux is responsible from the moment the package is prepared to be sent, given to USPS, and tracked that is has been delivered to the correct clients address. (Provided by Client)
Velvet Lux responsibility is to prepare the shipping label, place the correct clients address and track the tracking # until it gets to its final destination.
Once USPS indicates that the package has been delivered, Velvet Lux is no longer responsible.
